BASIC ERGONOMICS COURSE & ASSESSMENT AT NESTLE

First of all, I would like to extend my million thanks to Dr Jalaluddin Dahalan, our prominent Ergonomist from ERGOWORK Sdn Bhd for including me in his team,conducted a 'Basic Ergonomics Training' to the staff of Nestle, Kuching on 18 July 2012. I presented 2 cases of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) —Low Back Pain (LBP) and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) while Dr J gave the lecture on core knowledge of basic concept of ergonomics.
On 19 July, we did a basic ergonomics assessment with the participants in 2 section namely Maggi and Ice Cream Production.
